What is the Nominal Lifetime Warranty?

The truth is, we hate jewelry that fades. That's why we cover every single piece of jewelry with our Lifetime Warranty. Our famous Lifetime Warranty automatically applies to all jewelry. No additional or surprise fees.

The Nominal Lifetime Warranty covers all jewelry's tarnish, or rust. Since we use real gold plating on all of our gold jewelry, that means these pieces can be worn all day, every day. 

Warranty Exclusions:

 

• Since we weld our jump rings for maximum durability, we are unable to guarantee a full gold plating on the miniature circular loops and a warranty claim would NOT apply. However, both the chain and pendant are always guaranteed to give off that gorgeous, lasting sheen forever.
• If your piece has been altered in any way, such as trimmed by a jeweler or re-painted in any way, the warranty is immediately voided.
• Since gold and steel are not scratch-proof materials, scratches / breakage that occur from normal wear and tear do not fall under a warranty claim.

My jewelry lost its shine. Do I need to replace it?

 In some cases, your jewelry might fade over time from daily use. It might also develop a layer of dirt that needs to be cleaned.

 We recommend trying to restore the shine of your item by gently cleaning it with mild soap. Create a mixture of warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap. Dip the jewelry into the water and use a soft brush or cloth to gently clean it. Afterward, rinse, pat dry, and polish it with a microfiber cloth.
