REFUND POLICY

We do NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

This includes refunds for custom orders, pre-ordered items and rings.

If your ring does not fit, Sadly we are unable to offer a refund as we do not keep stock of all ring sizes. If we do carry stock of the size you wish to change for, we will gladly exchange it. If we do not, you will need to reorder the correct size. We will also try our best to assist by advertising the incorrect size to find a buyer for you.

30 DAY BREAKAGE POLICY

If your item breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will replace your item. We will handle delivery costs involved. We will require a clear image/video of the item as well as an explanation as to how the item broke. It is up to the discretion of the Nominal Team to deem an item in legible condition for replacement.

Proof of purchase is necessary.
