Due to us being required to meet a minimum order quantity with our international branch, we allow for pre-ordered items to accumulate before placing all orders every few weeks.
Our Pre-order dates fluctuate throughout the months depending on how quickly our targets are met.
Please email/DM us to confirm our next pre-order date before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds if the time frame and arrival date fall out of your required date.
Once all pre-orders are placed, your order will take 5-7 business days to reach us. As soon as we receive the shipment, we dispatch your order according to your chosen delivery option.
The delivery time frame at checkout only applies from when we receive the shipment.
